FAQ’s

Peter and the Cat is run by Peter Coulter, a designer based in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. He is also available for web design work (like this site). If you would like to discuss any projects feel free to email him.

Sizing

All of our t shirts are 100% cotton, available in three colours (white, ash and black) and five sizes (s,m,l,xl and xxl). For more details see the size chart. Whilst the photos are as accurate as the web allows, expect minor variations in the actual product.

Security

Payments are handled by PayPal using industry-standard SSL encryption. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer via your own bank. The email and address details that we collect will be used only for this order and we will never disclose any of your details to a third party unless legally required to do so. If you would like us to email you updates and offers then tick the box on the cart page otherwise we promise we will not bug you with advertising.

Shipping

Your order will be  printed to order by state of the art digital printing methods, so please allow 10-15 working days to despatch. We will email you when your order has shipped. International orders will take longer and may incur additional customs charges.

Alternatively you can pick up your order directly from us by prior arrangement – payment must accompany your order and we will email you once your order is ready for despatch to arrange a suitable time. (see our address below).

Competion Rules

On the 28th of each month we at Peter and the Cat will collect the competition entries from that month. We will then draw a winner who will be notified by email and by a photograph of the t shirt appearing along with the winners name on the competition page. No other details of the winner or other entrants will be disclosed.

Anything deemed obscene, insulting or political will be disqualified. Please also ensure that you own the copyright to anything entered such as well known product bylines etc. Our decision will be final.

Once printed we will contact the winner by email to arrange shipping of the winning t shirt.

There will be no charge for production or postage and normal returns conditions will apply.

By entering the competition you confirm your agreement to these rules.

Returns

We offer a full 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied please return the item in original condition (unworn and unwashed) to the address below, quoting your order number and the reason for return, for a refund or exchange. Please note shipping fees are not refundable.
